Happy Hour was recommended as the best Happy Hour in Huntington. At the risk of losing my stool at the bar I'm declaring the experience was great and I plan to return and try the rest of the menus. I had sushi tuna-avocado, salmon-cucumber and later Crunchy-spicy-yellowtail. Pork gyoza and a couple of Kirin beers.

Kashi is one of my favorite sushi spots in Huntington Village. Their fish is some of the freshest around. Their rolls are just delicious and all their dishes are beautifully prepared. Their cocktails are so delicious, my favorite being the lycheetini. Kashi has a fun atmosphere with pop music playing and the waitstaff known to do saki bombs with the patrons. It's a must for those who want a fun time with deliciously fresh sushi. Don't walk, run there!

Service, prices, ambience everything was great about this place. The flavor to tue food was amazing

Kashi is a solid spot. The miso soup was delicious and a good portion. The veggie dumplings are well fried and the sauce is delicious. The portion sizes are great for the price and the service is always quick. The lighting is fun and there's good music playing everytime we go. The hostesses are very friendly and they have good mints at the door too.

The first thing that struck me when we entered was the beautiful, inviting space. I've heard about this place and even visited their Bellmore location, years ago. This location is much more aesthetically pleasing. Neon blue lights that set a mood without being loud or tacky. Individual small lights to make sure you can see the menus. Andy our server was pleasant and attentive. His digital name tag was so cool! Never seen one before. All our food was delicious and fresh! From the Kashi Duck, Warm Mushroom Salad and Miso soup appetizers to our sushi roll (s) entrees. Plum wine, Sake and ice cream tempura rounded out our meals. Such a pleasant and enjoyable evening. I'm looking forward to visiting again soon!

Kashi is a wonderful restaurant in the heart of Huntington village! They offer a great range of sushi and more! They've got a really nice big happy hour menu for drinks and food. I always enjoy my time here and the servers are excellent.

My husband and I went here to celebrate our 4 year anniversary and from the second we walked into the restaurant, we were treated like royalty! The hostess was ready for us and set us up at a beautiful booth. We were served by Amber and the service was top notch! She was so pleasant, friendly and recommended some wonderful dishes. We were then greeted by Benny, the manager on duty. He came over and spoke to us for a little bit and made sure we were enjoying our dining experience. The food was phenomenal, the service was superb and ambiance was beautiful! We will be back soon!! Thanks again Amber and Benny!!

My nephew frequents this place and I finally had the chance to try this place out and boy was he right! Staff was great as was the ambience. Their lychee martini is soooo good one of the best I've ever had! I highly recommend! The shrimp tempura was okay but I wouldn't order it again. My nephew had the hibachi chicken and shrimp which looked delicious and he said it's one of his fav meals from here. I had their surf and turf and wow so delicious!! Definitely much better than I anticipated. I look forward to coming back and trying their sushi.

We had a great dinner at Kashi for 5 of us. Very cool atmosphere; great service. The rolls were delicious, and beautifully prepared. Tried some cocktails, hot sake, cold sake and beer, and everything was great. Place was packed on a Friday night, so definitely make reservations in advance. Would absolutely return.
